The long anticipated move of the year is finally here! Affirmations, in celebration of Black History Month, will feature Jumping the Broom, the recently released movie based on the Logo TV series Noah's Arc.

The board of directors of Kick - The Agency for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Trangender African-Americans congratulate the recipients of the 2008 Victory of Excellence Awards to Rev. Darlene Franklin, pastor of Full Truth Fellowship Church of Christ and Cornelius Wilson, co-founder of Men of Color Motivational Group, Detroit. The ceremony was held at the 6th annual gala, Holiday In December, in elegant black and emerald, on Saturday, December 13, 2008.
